A school trip to an agricultural farm

Hi !

Today we are going to talk about our school trip to the “Domaine de la Perrole”.

What is “La Perrole”?

It’s an agricultural farm where they cultivate only organic crop. The creator and the boss of  la Perrole is Pierre Alain Schweizer and the place is in Aigle, Ch. des Prés de Mars 2. They started in 2009.

We went there in October. We had school in the morning. We finished at 11.30. “Appointment in the school yard” said our cooking teachers. We ate sandwiches, and waited 5-10 minutes to go to the train station. Then we walked to the town center and got on the train. In the train, we spoke with our friends and watched the landscape. We went past pretty vineyards. The trip lasted fifteen minutes.

Apples give you more energy than coffee because the natural sugar in an apple is more potent than the caffeine in coffee.

Pomegranate has more than 1000 seeds.

Cucumber, eggplant, tomato, pumpkin and avocado ARE NOT VEGETABLES but fruits.
